1. Registration and Membership
Registration is done via WhatsApp by following a guided process, including identity submission, facial photo verification, and payment.
Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
GetDesk reserves the right to reject or terminate a registration without prior notice if information is found to be false or misleading.
2. Plan Validity & Usage
All plans are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
Plans are based on the number of hours per day and the chosen time slot. Entry outside the selected time slot may be denied.
Unused hours cannot be carried over or refunded.
Trial access is subject to availability and may be discontinued at our discretion.
3. Facial Recognition System
Entry to the facility is controlled using facial recognition. Users must ensure clear selfie submissions for proper registration.
Tampering, impersonation, or misusing the entry system may result in immediate cancellation of membership.
4. Conduct and Behavior
Silence must be maintained within reading areas.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent or vibrate mode.
Smoking, alcohol, and narcotics are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Any damage to property or misconduct will lead to fines, suspension, or permanent cancellation of access.
5. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments are to be made via the PhonePe gateway link shared on WhatsApp.
Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Membership will only be activated after payment confirmation via our backend system.
6. Facility Access and Limitations
Facility access is only permitted during your selected plan time slot.
Access is controlled and monitored for security and capacity purposes.
GetDesk may temporarily suspend operations for maintenance, upgrades, or public holidays, with prior notice where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, website design, logos, and content on this site or marketing material are the intellectual property of GetDesk and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
8. Disclaimer
GetDesk is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items. Lockers are provided as a convenience but are used at your own risk.
We make no guarantees regarding improvements in productivity or academic performance.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.
